You will take ownership of the project’s direction, manage client relationships, and ensure the team delivers high-quality, forward-looking solutions that align with both commercial goals and sustainability objectives. By leading the team’s work and supporting individual development, you will play a key role in creating real-world impact and sustainable value through each project.Your Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead a team of six consultants, alongside a Co-Project Leader and under the guidance of a Project Partner.Project Management: Oversee the execution of a consulting project, ensuring delivering on client needs by managing project planning, organizing tasks, and maintaining quality standards.Conceptual Design: Answer the client’s problem by conceptualizing the project content and guiding the consulting team, providing input on research and analysis.Client Management: Actively manage your client relationships, leading presentations and meetings to ensure constructive collaboration.Team Development: Provide guidance to your consultants, facilitating their consulting skill development, creating opportunities for growth, and fostering a close-knit team dynamic.Our Offer:4 ECTS as Campus Credits for one semester.
