As a Project Leader, you will l
ead a team of consultants through projects across a wide range of industries and subject areas
, with a particular focus on business strategy, sustainability strategy, business model development, and market entry. You will take ownership of the project's direction, manage client relationships, and ensure the team delivers high-quality, forward-looking solutions that align with both commercial goals and sustainability objectives. By leading the team's work and supporting individual development, you will play a key role in creating real-world impact and sustainable value through each project.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead a team of six consultants, alongside a Co-Project Leader and under the guidance of a Project Partner.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee the execution of a consulting project, ensuring delivering on client needs by managing project planning, organizing tasks, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Conceptual Design:
    Answer the client's problem by conceptualizing the project content and guiding the consulting team, providing input on research and analysis.
  • Client Management:
    Actively manage your client relationships, leading presentations and meetings to ensure constructive collaboration.
  • Team Development:
    Provide guidance to your consultants, facilitating their consulting skill development, creating opportunities for growth, and fostering a close-knit team dynamic.

Our Expectations:

  • Completed bachelor's degree in any major and enrolled at the University of St.Gallen.
  • Personal interest in sustainability and consulting.
  • Experience in consulting or project management (e.g. through internships) strongly preferred.
  • Motivation to learn and openness to reflect.
  • Authenticity, a strong team-player attitude, and a spirit to be part of our community.
  • Fluent professional English; German is an asset.
  • Willingness to
    engage for at least two semesters
    . An average of 18 hours of work per week during the lecture period (no work during study and exam phases).
