OverviewOur client is a mid-size company specialising in the production of high-quality electronic components and systems for various industrial applications. Known for its innovation and commitment to quality, the company offers a dynamic work environment where initiative and continuous improvement are valued.To strengthen their production team, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader Production (m / w / d) to play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s ambitious growth.As Team Leader Production (m / w / d) you will lead and manage a small team of skilled production operators and technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and on-time production of electronic components and systems, while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop a production team (approx. 15 employees) to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.Monitor and improve production processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and waste minimisation.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company standards.Analyse production data and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Provide hands-on support on the production floor when needed.Your profileOver 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or electronics production environment.Solid understanding of modern production techniques (lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, etc.).Good technical understanding of electronics manufacturing processes is a strong plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.Good communication and organisational skills.Proficiency in German (must) and good English.Education background in Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or similar.Are you looking for a new challenge?
