Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated
Product Manager
to lead the full product lifecycle for our AI and Sovereign Cloud portfolio, from strategy and roadmap definition to launch and continuous improvement. The role focuses on shaping and scaling our Phoenix Cloud and on-premises infrastructure-as-a-service platform, key management, AI model-as-a-service, and agentic AI solutions with built-in confidential computing. You will work closely with sales, engineering, quality, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure our products deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance AI infrastructure for commercial, enterprise, and government clients that prioritize sovereign and confidential infrastructure.

You will coordinate resources across departments, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Acting as the key link between technical teams, business units, and external partners, you will drive clarity, accountability, and collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.

Your Mission:

Lead the roadmap, define the "why" behind our AI & cloud products, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring them to life.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization to deprecation, for cloud and AI infrastructure offerings.
  • Define the commercial case for build versus buy or partner for product development.
  • Help define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and market demand in conjunction with peers.
  • Define, maintain, and communicate release schedules, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer commitments.
  • Track key product KPIs (adoption, performance, utilization, and customer satisfaction).
  • Ensure alignment with regional data residency, compliance, and sovereignty requirements (e.g., Swiss FADP, EU AI Act, ISO, ISAE standards).
  • Collaborate with UX, sales, engineering, quality, and customer success teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
  • Drive epic definition, testing, launch, and documentation through an agile-based development process.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide product demonstrations, positioning and differentiation with product marketing.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Your Profile:

Professional Competencies:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in cloud, AI infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS and agile development with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of AI ecosystems, AI agentic systems, GPUs, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with confidential computing, secure enclaves, hardware security modules is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data sovereignty, security, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
