Key Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career while making a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute medical strategy : Lead the medical strategy for the Specialty Care portfolio in Switzerland, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities while addressing local patient and healthcare needs.
Inspire and lead a team : Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing medical team, driving scientific engagement and creating opportunities for growth and development.
Engage stakeholders : Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, patient organizations, and other key external stakeholders, representing the medical voice in discussions.
Collaborate across functions : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access, to support business objectives and deliver value to patients.
Ensure compliance : Promote and uphold GSK's high ethical standards, ensuring all medical activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
Provide medical insights : Offer strategic medical guidance and insights to inform decision-making and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions.
About You

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant scientific discipline or closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically within Medical Affairs, with proven expertise in strategy development, execution, and successful product launch experience.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and development.
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence across a matrix environment.
- Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to translate complex scientific data into a ctionable insights.
- Fluent in both English and German languages.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- P referred professional qualifications (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
- Expertise in Specialty Care therapeutic areas.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Experience driving innovation and fostering continuous improvement.
- A genuine passion for improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare solutions.
