, nous recherchons un Project Manager & Business analyst.

Vous intégrerez l'équipe
Content & Communications
, en charge du développement d'une plateforme de gestion de contenu et de la production et diffusion de documents et rapports destinés à la clientèle privée et aux partenaires institutionnels.

Dans un environnement
Agile
, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Participer à la
    formulation et à l'analyse des besoins métiers
    , puis rédiger les
    solutions designs
    et
    spécifications fonctionnelles
    .
  • Coordonner les
    différents acteurs du projet
    et assurer une communication fluide entre les équipes IT et métiers.
  • Collaborer avec les
    équipes de développement, de test et d'exploitation
    .
  • Assurer le
    suivi global du projet
    afin de garantir une livraison
    on-quality, on-cost, on-time
    .
  • Gérer le
    backlog des demandes
    , prioriser les tâches en lien avec les parties prenantes et animer les cérémonies agiles.
  • Contribuer à la
    stabilité des solutions en production
    , analyser et résoudre les incidents.
  • Être force de proposition pour
    réduire la dette technique
    et améliorer la qualité globale du produit.
  • Maintenir une
    vision cohérente et long terme
    de la plateforme et de ses évolutions.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum
    5 ans d'expérience
    dans une fonction similaire (Project Manager / Business Analyst).
  • Expérience en secteur bancaire primordiale.
  • Solide expérience en
    méthodologies Agile
    .
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de communication.
  • Organisation, autonomie, sens de la qualité et gestion du stress.
  • Maîtrise du
    français et de l'anglais
    (oral et écrit).

Pour raisons d'éligibilité au permis de travail suisse, seules les candidatures de personnes de nationalité européennes seront acceptées.
