I'm currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading company in the cosmetics industry.
Main Responsibilities

Manage CAPEX and process improvement projects across production, logistics, utilities, and building infrastructure.

Define project scope, budgets, technical specifications, and credit applications.

Lead internal and external project teams, ensuring alignment with all EHS and compliance requirements.

Drive tendering processes, supplier selection, and contractor management.

Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and milestones using project management tools.

Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and process optimizations.

Report progress to steering committees and stakeholders.

Promote continuous improvement and standardization across engineering practices.

Profile

Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (HES/EPF) or equivalent.

5–10 years' experience managing industrial engineering projects in a factory or process environment.

Strong understanding of chemical production, utilities systems, logistics facilities, HVAC, ATEX, and related technical domains.

Proven experience in CAPEX project leadership and cross-functional coordination within matrix organizations.

Mastery of project management methodologies (PMI, IPMA, Six Sigma, Lean).

Proficient in SAP, MS Project, and MS Office.

Fluent in French and English (German an asset).
