Senior Project Manager
(M/F)
to lead key transformation projects for our clients in the asset and wealth management space.

Job Description
Your Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as the trusted partner of our clients, driving complex projects from strategy to execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-value outcomes in alignment with client priorities.

You will work directly within the client environment, leading initiatives such as:

  • Target Operating Model redesign
  • Front-to-back platform migration or integration
  • Business analysis and client requirements specification
  • Data management and reporting transformation
  • Business process optimization and automation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery within client environments, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met
  • Understand client business models and challenges to define clear project scopes and roadmaps
  • Coordinate internal and client-side teams (business, IT, compliance, operations)
  • Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic insights
  • Identify project risks and proactively manage mitigation plans
  • Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing within TheFinTouch

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in asset or wealth management environments
  • Proven experience working with or for private banks, asset managers, or financial software providers
  • Strong knowledge of asset management processes, including front-to-back operations, client onboarding, portfolio management, regulatory landscape, and data/reporting requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both business and technical)
  • Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written); German is a plus
  • PMP or Agile certifications are a plus
