AtAll is an early-stage deep-tech startup with a clear mission: to radically reinvent the electric vehicle charging infrastructure, while redefining the very concept of smart urban space.
Today, while electric cars are rapidly evolving, charging infrastructure is lagging behind-and we want to fill this gap.
We are seeking a software and AI engineer ready to share our vision as a potential Head of Software & AI and part of the founding core team.
Someone capable of designing from scratch, with passion and focus, developing edge-oriented models and an embedded operating system with a dual-processor architecture (CPU + AI accelerator) that is scalable, secure, and oriented toward natural human-machine interaction.
What you'll do
Lead the design of a-Lya OS (CPU + AI Accelerator (NPU)), from the kernel to the user interface.
Define the end-to-end software architecture (cloud, edge, embedded) with a focus on security, modularity, and low latency.
Develop and integrate edge AI models for comprehensive management, etc.
Design and train AI/ML models for local inference
Develop lightweight neural networks (TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile, ONNX).
Define the end-to-end software architecture: cloud, edge, and embedded.
Manage a small multidisciplinary team (AI, firmware, UI/UX) in collaboration with the power electronics department.
Ensure security, interoperability, and performance (OCPP 2.0.1, ISO 15118, TLS/mTLS, OTA).
Oversee on-device validation (latency, power consumption, accuracy) and scalability of AI models.
Collaborate with the hardware and firmware team to optimize networking, inference, and local control.
Who you are
Engineer with expertise in software systems, AI, and embedded architecture.
Bachelor's or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Computer Science/Robotics, or similar.
Experience in embedded OS development (Linux/RTOS, Yocto, Zephyr, etc.) and complex project management.
Experience in edge ML (TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile).
Good knowledge of C/C++, Python, embedded frameworks, network protocols, and TLS security.
Interest in AI-edge systems and voice interfaces.
Engineering approach: R&D, testing, deployment.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you want to build something from scratch, not just develop code.
