DEINE MISSION:

Als Head of Business Unit PROVIS und Teil des Axept Executive Boards führst du eine dynamische Organisationseinheit mit hoher Sichtbarkeit - strategisch, operativ und kulturell:

Leadership & Strategie:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Business Unit inkl. Kultur, Budget, Ergebnis, Ressourcen und Team
  • Mitgestaltung der Unternehmensstrategie als aktives Mitglied des Axept Executive Boards
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Management-Teams sowie der gesamten Business Unit
  • Organisation und Moderation der Management-Workshops
  • Verantwortlich für die Kunden- und Marktentwicklung mit Unterstützung des Sales- und Marketingteams

Operative Exzellenz & Struktur:

  • Sicherstellung effizienter, einheitlicher und skalierbarer Prozesse
  • Verantwortung für nachhaltige Auslastung und professionelles Ressourcenmanagement
  • Eskalationsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung in der Kundenbetreuung und in Projekten
  • Umsetzung von GL-Entscheiden und Unternehmensvorgaben

Innovation, Produkt & Markt:

  • Verantwortung für die Produktvision und die Softwareentwicklung der PROVIS-Software
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung unseres Dienstleistungs- und Produktportfolios
  • Analyse und Antizipation von Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens an Events, Messen und Kundenanlässen
DEIN BACKGROUND:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition (Business Unit Leitung, Bereichsleitung, Geschäftsleitung)
  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung in Strategieentwicklung, Baumanagement, Softwareentwicklung und Prozessmanagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch- oder Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
