enshift ist ein junges Technologieunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf erneuerbare Energien. Wir unterstützen namhafte Immobilien- und Industriekunden bei der Analyse, Finanzierung, Umsetzung und fortlaufenden Optimierung von nachhaltigen Energielösungen. Mit unserer digitalen Plattform ermöglichen wir es unseren Kunden die Wirtschaftlichkeit und CO2 Bilanz ihrer Immobilien zu steigern und gleichzeitig die technischen, kommerziellen und energetischen Risiken zu minimieren.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Vollständige administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und des Teams
  • Reisemanagement
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Sauberkeit der Besprechungsräume prüfen
  • Koordinierung der Kommunikation per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten und Aufgaben

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

  • Erfolgreiche abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Fliessende (Schweizer-) Deutsch -und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich), jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
  • Professionelle schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Dynamische und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Stilsicheres Auftreten und ein professionelles Erscheinungsbild
  • Sorgfältige, effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
