The Position

Für einen erfolgreichen Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst treiben wir Fortschritt durch wissenschaftliche & technische Kompetenz und vorausschauendem Service voran. Dies erreichen wir durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse, agile Mitarbeitende und Leidenschaft.

Die Möglichkeit

Du übernimmst die Betreuung hinsichtlich GMP-Themen der Gruppe MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) und DOI (Digital, Operational Excellence and Innovation) gehört auch zum Aufgabenbereich der Gruppe.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen im Wesentlichen:

  • ​Termingerechte Erstellung, Bearbeitung & Moderation von Risikoanalysen. Beratung und Coach in Bezug auf Methodenwahl und Bearbeitung von Risikoanalysen.

  • Support in allen GMP-Aspekten innerhalb E&S bezüglich Dokumentenerstellung und -struktur, Unterstützung beim formalen Review von Dokumenten.

  • Ansprechpartner für Records Management Angelegenheiten 

  • Beurteilung und Bearbeitung von Änderungen, Abweichungen sowie korrektiven und präventiven Massnahmen.

  • Vor-, Nachbereitung und Begleitung von Inspektionen, Audits und Selbstinspektionen

Wer Du bist

Du bist offen für neue Ideen, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und hinterfragst konventionelle Denkmuster. Du schätzt ein leistungsorientiertes Umfeld, in dem gegenseitiger Respekt, offene Kommunikation, Diskussion und Zusammenarbeit großgeschrieben werden.  Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge strukturiert, präzise und leicht verständlich darzustellen. Dabei bist du motiviert, innovativ, belastbar, flexibel und ausdauernd, um deine Ziele zu erreichen.  Du arbeitest effektiv mit zahlreichen, verschiedenen Schnittstellen in Squads und Teams zusammen und bist offen für die Arbeit in selbstorganisierten Teams.

Des weiteren bringst Du folgende Erfahrung und Qualifikationen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, sowie Erfahrung im Pharma-/GMP-Umfeld oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Quality Risk Management

  • Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld und an Prozessoptimierungen

  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

  • Neben sehr guten Google Suite Kenntnissen sind Erfahrungen mit Veeva Vault, insbesondere im Bereich QRM, von Vorteil.
