Director of Partner Management

- Define and execute the global System Integrator partner strategy, aligning with company growth and go-to-market objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard SI partners, segmenting them by capability, region, and strategic importance.
- Develop and maintain structured onboarding, enablement, and certification programs for partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during active customer implementations, providing guidance and escalation support.
- Track partner performance, utilization, certification status, and customer outcomes, implementing remediation plans for underperforming partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure consistent delivery standards and influence roadmap priorities.
- Continuously refine partner processes, delivery governance models, and enablement frameworks to maximize partner effectiveness and scalability.
