Join SOPHiA GENETICS as our new **BioPharma Business Development Director **and be responsible for building our BioPharma data partnerships throughout EMEA. This is a **remote position based in Europe**, but France, Switzerland or the UK is highly preferred.

**Your Mission**:

- Understands and helps shape the clinical questions of interest for BioPharma customers, developing tailored solutions for both R&D and Commercial needs.
- Prospects, develops partnerships, and negotiates commercial contracts for BioPharma Data Solutions, including formulating pricing and sales strategies.
- Contributes to shaping BioPharma Data Solutions by identifying new use cases and optimizing offerings in collaboration with the product and medical teams.

**Requirements**:
**Your Background**:

- Must have experience providing RWD/RWE solutions to Pharma and BioTech companies
- Exposure or knowledge of Data analytics, Clinical Trials or Market Access would be beneficial.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to generate new leads and explore new projects, and the resilience to pursue company-wide opportunities
- A success-orientated and solutions-focused mindset, that embraces team collaboration, change, growth and inclusion.
