Votre projet

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses activités en environnement biotechnologique, B-Hive Switzerland recherche un Ingénieur Compliance spécialisé en process biotechnologiques.

Vos principales missions

  • Gérer et documenter les déviations survenant en zone de production dans le respect des BPF et du système qualité en place
  • Conduire les investigations en appliquant les méthodologies Six Sigma (DMAIC, Ishikawa, 5M…) et en assurant la collecte et l'analyse de données issues des systèmes automatisés et du terrain
  • Identifier et suivre les actions correctives et préventives (CAPA) en collaboration avec les services concernés
  • Rédiger des rapports d'investigation clairs, complets et argumentés
  • Présenter les conclusions des investigations et suivre les KPI associés

Votre profil

  • Formation : Bachelor/Master en ingénierie (chimie, biotechnologie ou équivalent)
  • Expérience : minimum 3 ans dans un environnement GMP pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique, idéalement en production ou qualité
  • Connaissances solides des procédés DSP et des systèmes automatisés de production
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de la communication et capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Maîtrise du français et très bon niveau d'anglais
