We surround ourselves with junior to expert consultants with strong development potential, whom we support in their professional goals. **To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Tech Transfer Project Manager (M/F/X), full remote.** **ABOUT THE JOB**: - CDMO selection and technical assessment. - Project lead and coordination. - Being single contact point for internal and external stakeholder. - Ensure projects success (timelines, budget, quality) via timely and close coordination with contracting parties from project initiation to product launch. - Challenge CDMO work and documents for compliance of efficient manufacturing process as well as for compliance to current requirements of GMP, ICH, Regulatory, Pharmacopoeia and conditions specified in agreement. - **Prepare development and tech’ transfer agreements with development partners and contract manufacturing organizations.**: - Support in Quality Technical Agreement preparation with customers and partners. **ABOUT YOU**: - Academic degree(s) - Expertise in DP process for **lyophilized product**: - Expertise in characterization studies - Expertise in PPQ campaign - Expertise in technical transfer - First experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology - You have good analytical and synthesis skills as well as diligence and team spirit - Fluency in English is required, French is a plus. - **Full remote** **WHAT WE OFFER**: - A permanent contract and innovative projects - An attractive remuneration policy - Personalized management and continuous learning to develop your career - Great team spirt and an integration within the "Tribe" **Job Types**: Permanent, 100% **Salary**: From CHF100,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in 1003 Lausanne, VD
