Direct message the job poster from Planet Pharma Seeking an experienced QA Compliance Specialist to support deviation management activities within a large-scale Downstream Processing (DSP) environment. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension pending budget approval. Location Fully on-site preferred to ensure efficiency and strong cross‑functional collaboration. Hybrid may be considered after an initial on‑site period, depending on circumstances. Role Overview Due to a high deviation backlog and temporary resourcing gaps, we are looking for additional QA compliance support within DSP operations. You will be responsible for investigation, documentation, and closure of compliance deviations across minor, medium, and major categories. Key Responsibilities Manage and close deviations within DSP operations (e.g., contamination, human error, process deviations) Work with TrackWise and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Handle minor deviations in French and major deviations in English Conduct cross‑functional investigations with departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, QC, and Production Ensure alignment with GMP standards and internal quality procedures Support the reduction of deviation backlog and maintain compliance timelines Ideal Candidate Strong experience in QA, deviation management, or compliance within pharma/biotech manufacturing Solid understanding of Downstream Processing (DSP) Able to work independently, gather information, and drive investigations with minimal supervision Fluent in French and English (both essential) Experience with TrackWise and MES is highly beneficial Previous experience within large GMP manufacturing organisations is a strong plus Interested?
