What You'll Be Doing

  • Sharing internationally recognised personal development programs online
  • Implementing simple digital marketing tools (training included)
  • Hosting values-aligned conversations with interested individuals
  • Leading online discovery calls (scripts and training provided)
  • Engaging in weekly development and mentoring via Zoom

This Role Is for You If You...

  • Have a background in coaching, leadership, consulting, or facilitation
  • Are self-driven, proactive, and aligned with conscious business values
  • Communicate clearly and confidently (English required)
  • Are legally able to work as a contractor in Switzerland (Zurich-based)
  • Thrive in a results-focused, flexible environment
