Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and visionary Regional Directors (RDs) to lead our initiatives across various regions worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and support entrepreneurs globally while building a scalable income stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate monthly mastermind sessions (~6 hours per month) to foster peer support and strategic growth among entrepreneurs.
  • Support local entrepreneurs by providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to help them overcome challenges and scale their businesses.
  • Build and grow a community of SME owners within your region, serving as a regional ambassador for The Alpha Group.
  • Contribute to the development of regional strategies to expand the reach and impact of The Alpha Group.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with participants and provide feedback to improve program offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Preferred Business qualification or related field (e.g., Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, Finance, or similar).
  • Not in full-time employment (ideal for self-employed, coaches, mentors, business consultants, freelancers, or independent professionals)
  • Professional-level English communication skills
  • Willingness to make an initial investment (required to secure your license)
  • Proactive, ambitious, and committed to personal and professional development.
  • Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or working with SMEs is a plus but not mandatory.
