Dein Verantwortungs- und Aufgabenbereich:

  • Vorantreiben einer skalierbaren, internationalen Wachstumsstrategie in Europa mit CCO/CEO
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Kunden sowie Support bei Key Accounts/Deals
  • Erstellung von Best-practices sowie Prozessharmonisierung basierend auf eigenem KPI-Framework
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Product Management und Marketing sowie Partnerships
  • Forecasting der Verkaufszahlen und Repräsentation an internationalen Industrieevents
  • Einhaltung der internen und externen Compliance sowie Eskalationsmanagement auf C-Level

Dein Profil:

  • Extensive Erfahrung im internationalen Sales (VP/Director Level) sowie europaweite Skalierung
  • Nachhaltige Vertriebserfolge im Gesundheitswesen, SaaS, MedTech oder Healthtech von Vorteil
  • Qualitativ hochstehendes Verständnis des End-to-End Customer journeys von Akquisition bis Renewal
  • Starke Leadership Skills mit Entscheidungsfreude, Ownership Mentalität sowie Growth Mindset
  • Datenbasierte Weiterentwicklung mit guter Balance zwischen Standardisierung und Innovation
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch mit internen & externen Stakeholdern
