Are you an experienced and collaborative product manager? Are you passionate to help shape and deliver AI-powered solutions within UBS Global Wealth Management?

Are you interested in working at the intersection of AI innovation, digital transformation, and client experience?

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to:

• collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and success metrics for AI and ML use cases
• manage the product lifecycle from concept to prototype, pilot, and broader rollout
• ensure timely delivery through agile planning, sprint management, and continuous prioritization.
• support incubation of new AI capabilities such as personalization, intelligent insights, or advisory enablement
• act as a bridge between business, technology, and data science teams to ensure solutions meet user and regulatory needs.
• work with external partners (e.g., Microsoft, fintech collaborators) to explore and test innovative AI solutions

You'll be part of a dynamic global team driving the practical adoption of AI in one of the world's leading wealth managers.

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that blend data, technology, and human expertise—

helping shape the next generation of digital experiences for clients and advisors.

Your expertise

• at least 8 years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, data, or digital product environments
• proven record of driving product development from concept through delivery in cross-functional settings
• familiarity with ML and GenAI applications, including their integration into enterprise systems
• understanding of agile methodologies, product roadmapping, and stakeholder management
• strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
• experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred
• exposure to AI agentic systems, personalization tools, or recommendation engines is an advantage
• familiarity with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, and modern data platforms is an asset
