This is more than just a BDR position. At Logifleet, you'll start as a Business Development Representative to master the art of prospecting, networking, and building trust with customers. You'll follow a Career Development Plan, designed to help you build your skills and progress internally.

What you'll do

In this entry point into sales, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to engage with prospects and develop trusted relationships. Your daily impact will include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through phone, email, and social channels
  • Researching markets, key players, and understanding customer needs
  • Generating and qualifying leads to expand the sales pipeline
  • Setting up meetings for account executives and actively supporting them in follow-ups
  • Collaborating with Marketing to personalize campaigns and messaging
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system

What we're looking for

We're seeking motivated team players who are curious, resilient, and eager to grow in sales. You're encouraged to apply if you're based in Switzerland (preferred) or neighboring regions (DE: Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria; AT: Vorarlberg, Tirol).

Key qualifications:

  • At least one relevant experience in outbound prospecting (phone, email, social selling) in B2B — ideally in SaaS or consulting
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Dealfront, Waalaxy, etc.)
  • Fluency in German & English; Swiss German and French are a plus
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and the construction industry
  • Drive to learn, grow, and progress in your sales career
