Dans votre rôle, vous ne gérez pas
des
projets. Vous
portez
des missions qui impactent directement la vie des citoyens, des entreprises et des agents publics.

Stratège, médiateur et visionnaire :

  • Vous décryptez les besoins complexes
    : Traduire les attentes métiers en roadmaps claires, même quand les enjeux sont relationnels, techniques
    et
    humains.
  • Vous fédérer des équipes diverses
    : Aligner juristes, prestataires, utilisateurs finaux et décideurs autour d'un objectif commun. Votre super-pouvoir ?
    Rendre la collaboration fluide, même dans un écosystème contraint.
  • Vous livrez des résultats tangibles
    : des projets
    livrés à temps, qui correspondent aux enjeux, et adoptés par leurs utilisateurs
    .

Votre expertise parle pour vous

  • 7+ ans spécifiquement en pilotage de projets IT
    : Avec des réalisations concrètes à la clé (ex : refonte d'un SI métier, déploiement d'une solution, migration vers le cloud).
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies
    : hermès, Agile. Quelle que soit la méthode,
    vous savez adapter le cadre au projet, et non l'inverse
    .
  • Expérience dans le public suisse ou pour des clients institutionnels
    : Vous connaissez les enjeux, la culture et le cadre légal de ces organisations, et les leviers pour réussir.
  • Double compétence technique/métier
    : Vous parlez aussi bien le langage des DSI que celui des directions métiers.
