  • Sicherstellung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses und aktive Mitgestaltung einer positiven Candidate Experience
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse und Tools in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen UBS-Recruiting
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei diversen HR-Themen
  • Leitung von HR-Projekten in verschieden Fachgebieten (Employer Branding, Soziales und Trainings)
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben, bspw. die Erstellung von Reglementen und Optimierung von Prozessen

Unser Team

Für den Bereich Human Resources suchen wir eine dienstleistungsorientierte, vertrauenswürdige und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als HR Specialist mit Fokus auf den Themen Rekrutierung (mind. 50% vom Pensum) und HR Business Partnering. Es erwartet dich eine vielseitige, verantwortungsvolle und entwicklungsorientierte Rolle in einem motivierten Team von zehn Mitarbeitenden in einem dynamischen, modernen und agilen Umfeld im Finanzbereich.

Das wünschen wir uns

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting und in einer vergleichbaren HR-Funktion mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Weiterbildung HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder Studium im HR-Management
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Kenntnisse im Umantis Bewerbermanagement von Vorteil
  • hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • stilsicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
