Rif. PM2955 – Project Manager Edilizia

In questo ruolo il/la candidato/a ideale sarà il punto di riferimento per la gestione completa dei progetti, dal concept fino alla consegna finale.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Definire e gestire tutte le fasi progettuali, garantendo tempi, qualità e coerenza.
  • Raccogliere requisiti, impostare modelli BIM, supervisionare elaborati, computi e analisi.
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento dei lavori e individuare eventuali criticità, proponendo soluzioni efficaci.
  • Costruire e guidare il team di progettazione: individuare competenze, distribuire ruoli, definire processi e responsabilità.
  • Coordinare le diverse discipline coinvolte (architettura, strutture, impianti) assicurando un'integrazione fluida e l'eliminazione dei conflitti.
  • Introdurre e sviluppare strumenti digitali innovativi per migliorare flussi e performance.
  • Formare e supportare il team nell'uso di metodologie e software BIM.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in studi di ingegneria/architettura o presso General Contractor.
  • Spiccate capacità di leadership e gestione di team multidisciplinari.
  • Doti organizzative e di time management.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e forte orientamento al risultato.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e predisposizione alla collaborazione.

Sede di lavoro: Lugano

È richiesta la residenza sul territorio svizzero o la disponibilità al trasferimento. Grado di occupazione: 100%.
