Your Mission

Ensure strategic management of product assortments and allocations across retail and wholesale locations, in alignment with commercial objectives, local specificities, and operational constraints, while guaranteeing consistent execution of the brand strategy on a global scale. Through these actions, improve stock turns and maximize sales opportunities.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Store Assortment Definition (product assortments by store typology, distribution channel, and geographic area)
  • Own Boutique Merchandising: Guided Ordering Tool (G.O.T)
  • Wholesale and Franchise Boutique Merchandising (definition of the Core Ranges by POS category on a regular basis and share with the markets, consistent replenishment,
    regular interactions with the sales teams in the markets to follow up and align actions, address old stock issues and propose solutions for reallocation, etc.)
  • Special Stock Allocation
  • Store Performance Analysis (monitor KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, produce regular reports, etc.)
  • Representation of the commercial team in cross-functional projects (support the preparation of product selections and lists for special sales price list, involve in forecasting the initial sell-in and sell-out of key novelties, support global data governance project)

Your background and competencies/skills

  • Fluent in French and English a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Min 5-year experience as a merchandiser (ideally in luxury industry)
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for luxury industry
  • Advanced abilities with business analytical tools are required
  • Results-driven attitude and strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work autonomously
