Zur Verstärkung unseres Projektmanagement Teams in der Schweiz suchen wir engagierte und hochqualifizierte Consultants im Bereich Testmanagement.

Als Test Manager übernimmst du die methodische Führung eines Test Teams. Du betreust verschiedene Projekte (auch international), behältst die Übersicht, und bist zuständig für das Planen der Testabläufe, das Überwachen der Tests und der Testresultate und schreibst Testreports. Du analysierst Anforderungen und überprüfst sie auf ihre Testbarkeit. Zusätzlich überwachst du die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Testautomatisierung und stellst sicher, dass sie die zukünftigen Anforderungen unserer Kunden erfüllen kann.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Test Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung in vielseitigen und anspruchsvollen SAP S/4HANA -Projekten und legst die Teststrategie fest. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die folgenden Themen:

  • Erstellung von Testkonzepten, -strategien und -plänen
  • Organisation und Leitung der Testteams und der Testprojekte
  • Testvorbereitung inkl. Aufbau und Betrieb notwendiger Testinfrastruktur und Testautomatisierung
  • Adressatengerechte Aufbereitung und Kommunikation der Testergebnisse und des Testfortschritts
  • Risikomanagement - Risiken identifizieren und durch Testvorgehen reduzieren
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein verankern vom Team bis zur Organisation
  • Erarbeiten von Fachthemen und Wissenstransfer innerhalb von Hentschel Consulting
Was du mitbringen solltest

Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossen, verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, unternehmerisches Denken und schätzt technische Komplexität.

  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Testmanagement
  • Zertifizierungen im Testmanagement (mindestens ISTQB Test Manager)
  • Du findest die Balance zwischen Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du führst dein Team mit viel diplomatischem Geschick
  • Toolkenntnisse wie zum Beispiel Jira oder HP/Microfocus ALM
  • Kreative, kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Reisebereitschaft
