We are looking for an
MLOps Engineer
.

Your responsibilities

  • Improve and scale our DataOps pipelines for large-scale video and image data
  • Monitor, deploy, and maintain ML models in production environments
  • Implement and manage MLOps metrics, observability dashboards, and Grafana alerts
  • Troubleshoot and optimize internal tools and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with R&D, Infrastructure, and Product teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Automate data and model workflows to improve reliability and efficiency
  • Ensure proper versioning of data, models, and configurations across environments
  • Explore emerging technologies such as Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
  • Document key processes, standards, and best practices

Desired Skills and Experience

Core Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    ,
    Bash scripting
    , and
    Git
  • Solid experience with
    Docker
    and containerized environments
  • Hands-on experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and deployment automation
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Good command of
    English
    (German is a plus)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    Computer Vision
    projects or ML model deployment
  • Familiarity with
    Prometheus
    and
    Grafana
    for monitoring and observability
  • Experience building tools or dashboards with
    Streamlit
  • Knowledge of
    MongoDB
    or other NoSQL databases
  • Experience using
    Activepieces
    or other workflow automation platforms
  • Understanding of
    Vector Databases
    and
    AI agents / MCPs
