Responsabilités
La mission générale du poste consiste à
optimiser la performance financière du parc immobilier
sous gestion, en veillant à maximiser les revenus, maîtriser les coûts et garantir la pérennité des actifs. Il s'agit également de
valoriser et repositionner stratégiquement les biens locatifs
sur le marché immobilier, afin d'anticiper les évolutions de la demande et renforcer leur attractivité. Ce poste implique d'
intégrer pleinement les critères ESG (Environnement, Social, Gouvernance)
dans la gestion du parc et dans l'expérience locataire, pour assurer une performance durable et responsable. Vous contribuez aux acquisitions et développements immobiliers, veillez à la
maîtrise des dépenses
et à la
minimisation de la vacance
, tout en assurant une veille juridique et sectorielle et en participant activement aux projets de la division.
Qualifications
Vous êtes titulaire d'une maturité commerciale ou d'un titre jugé équivalent. Vous disposez d'un
brevet fédéral de gérant d'immeubles ou d'un diplôme équivalent
, tel que le diplôme fédéral d'administrateur de biens immobiliers ou le diplôme IEI. Une expérience d'au moins cinq ans en gestion technique, administrative ainsi qu'en litiges et contentieux est attendue. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le
droit du bail
ainsi que la
gestion financière
(comptes d'exploitation, états financiers). Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et vous parlez couramment français. Enfin, une connaissance du domaine des immeubles subventionnés tout comme la maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais constituent des atouts supplémentaires.
