Job Description

En tant que Consultant(e) Web Content Digital vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et l'optimisation du contenu digital interne. Vous serez en charge de créer, mettre à jour et structurer les pages intranet, en garantissant cohérence, qualité et expérience utilisateur optimale sur web et mobile.

  • Intégration et mise à jour de contenus : gérer les pages intranet (AEM), optimiser l'affichage web et mobile, assurer la qualité éditoriale.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes métier : recueillir les besoins, proposer des solutions adaptées, animer des ateliers fonctionnels et prioriser les demandes.
  • Conception et optimisation UX/UI : proposer des mises en page ergonomiques, adapter les contenus et visuels pour un usage mobile-first.
  • Gestion des assets et cohérence visuelle : uniformiser les éléments graphiques (icônes, bannières, images) et optimiser la performance et l'accessibilité.
  • Contrôle qualité et tests : vérifier le rendu sur différents navigateurs et devices, garantir le respect des normes d'accessibilité et des bonnes pratiques digitales internes.
Qualifications
  • Maîtrise d'un CMS : templates, composants, workflows, DAM et bonnes pratiques d'édition.
  • Sensibilité design & compétences graphiques : capacité à décliner des maquettes et adapter des visuels pour le digital interne.
  • UX/UI & responsive design : compréhension des parcours utilisateurs intranet et conception mobile-first.
  • Compétences techniques front : HTML/CSS de base, compréhension des composants web et identification des limites techniques.
  • Communication & relation métier : capacité à vulgariser les contraintes digitales et à accompagner les équipes non techniques.
  • Qualités personnelles : autonomie, organisation et sens du détail.
