**PATRIMONIUM** is a Swiss asset management company for alternative asset classes in the areas of real estate, private debt, infrastructure, and private equity. Today, PATRIMONIUM manages around CHF 4.5 billion in assets for more than 240 institutional investors and employs over 70 people at its locations in Zurich and Lausanne.

To support the growth of our group, we are looking for an experienced

**Portfolio Manager Real Estate (100%)**

to join our asset management team.

Your tasks:

- Responsibility for the strategic planning and management of the assigned commercial real estate portfolio
- Definition and implementation of object strategies (value add)
- Preparation of business plans as well as monitoring of budgets
- Implementation of the defined investment strategy
- Collaboration in the development of the renovation strategy in cooperation with the Constructions team regarding value enhancement, operating costs, profitability and ecology
- Collaboration in the development of real estate projects
- Identification of anchor tenants and negotiation of commercial leases

Your profile:

- Business and/or construction-related education with a higher degree
- Relevant, multi-year professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in the areas of portfolio management, asset management, property management
- Knowledge of tenancy, land registry, and property law, real estate valuation methods, and building law
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Well and established in the real estate industry
- High resilience, flexibility, and team spirit
- Confident appearance and negotiating skills
- Conceptual thinking and quick comprehension
- Very Good language skills in English and French; Good command German is an advantage
