Transaction Manager Real Estate

**Primary responsibilities**
- Source, evaluate, and prepare real estate investment opportunities
- Conduct detailed market, location, and financial analyses
- Lead acquisition projects in collaboration with the Real Estate Team
- Perform property valuations, due diligence, and investment calculations
- Coordinate and manage the full transaction process from start to finish
- Negotiate and draft contracts with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and expand a professional network within the real estate industry
- Administer internal systems (CRM, SharePoint, Immopac) and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate project development and support strategic initiatives

**Profile**
- Master’s Degree in Economics and/or Real Estate
- 2-5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions in Switzerland
- Well-established sourcing network in the Swiss real estate market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, committed, and able to work effectively in a team
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize under pressure
- Fluent in German, French, and English
