As an Expansion Associate Romandie, you will actively help to expand our portfolio for our rapidly growing tenant base. Above all, you will be in contact with the leading real estate companies in Switzerland, help in the search for new vacant apartments and access the most modern tools. Help us with this exciting mission and become part of our Zurich team. You would work together with our Co-CEO John. Experience a fast-growing company from the driver's seat and help us develop coliving as a new asset class in the real estate sector.
Tasks
- You are responsible for the acquisition of new apartments, houses or other projects in French-speaking Switzerland
- You maintain and expand our contacts, leads and deals in our CRM
- You accompany the acquisition of new apartments from the viewing to the onboarding in our portfolio
- You maintain contact with our existing real estate partners
- You are responsible for developing sales strategies and plans

**Requirements**:

- You are business fluent in French and have a good command of the Swiss mentality
- You have a good command of written and spoken French and English
- You have a pronounced “sales hunter” mentality for new acquisitions
- You are a good communicator with a confident manner
- You have a high level of personal responsibility, implementation strength, resilience and flexibility
- Bonus: You have several years of experience in selling services and/or in the real estate industry
- Bonus: You have a university degree in economics, real estate or similar
