With more than 200 professionals, our Investment Solutions department is responsible for providing sophisticated and customized investment proposals to our private clients. In this context, we are looking for a Discretionary Portfolio Manager for our Lausanne office:
Mission:
Portfolio management
- Proactive and dynamic portfolio management for swiss and international clients in CHF, EUR, USD & GBP
- Rigorous implementation of the House view and strategy taking into account clients’ preferences and regulatory constraints
- Ongoing monitoring of discretionary portfolios (risk budget, performance, asset allocation)
- Spear-heading innovation in the portfolio management space for the bank
- Provision of periodic investment reviews to clients

Communicating with clients
- Support bankers in the client acquisition process (presentation of services, building a personalised asset allocation and ad-hoc portfolio analysis)
- Continuous market monitoring with bespoke client notifications
- Presentations of market views and investment strategy to private bankers, clients and prospects

Contributing to the investment process
- Contributing to internal investment forums
- Contributing to the continuous development of our investment offering
- Creating investment ideas and solutions across all asset classes

Desired Profile:

- University post-graduate level and/or recognized diploma in investment (CFA an asset)
- Experience in portfolio management (min. 10 years)
- Very good knowledge of asset allocation and portfolio management
- Excellent customer presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with capacity to think out of the box
- Ability to take decisions, flexibility and autonomy
- Ability to acquire and share skills
- Good knowledge of Bloomberg, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good programming and data-science analytical skills is a plus (VBA)
- Fluent in French and English mandatory, German/Italian a strong plus
