**Retail Operations Project Manager (M/F)**

The mission of the Team is to provide each Market/Boutique with the appropriate and harmonized solutions, tools, processes, guidelines, training, performance reports and data visibility, that are instrumental to successfully drive Boutique operations, achieve performance goals and deliver the ultimate Customer Experience.

As Retail Operations Project Manager within the HQ Retail Excellence department, part of the Retail Operation Excellence pole of expertise, you will contribute to the Global Retail Operations & Performance team activities to support the Markets, Boutiques and the Global Retail Excellence department to best manage, with efficiency, the operations within Boutiques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate the development, the implementation and the maintenance of operational initiatives aiming at harmonizing, optimizing and improving Retail operations, performance and quality of services (solutions, tools, services, customer & users journeys, customer & user experience, end to end processes, procedures, content management, training, etc.)
- Manage Retail Operations Projects and drive the implementation with and in Markets/Boutiques including project scoping, business specifications, planning, budgeting, delivery, reporting, ROI
- Manage Boutique Operations activities related to product launches & activations with appropriate guidelines and communication shared including training to Markets/Boutiques
- Be the Retail Business owner for Retail CRM & Boutique Clienteling activities working with the Global CRM department to support the strategy, drive performance and ensure change management within Markets and Boutiques
- Manage End to End Operating Processes for Boutique Back and Front offices, including evolutions and harmonization across the full Boutique network worldwide
- Develop, maintain and manage Standards and Knowledge Management for Market, Boutiques and HQ related to all shared documents and contents defining the Boutique operating standards, Processes, Procedures, Guidelines, and Boutique Organizations
- Standard execution & Compliance: implement and manage at Boutique, Market and HQ levels, internal controls and assessments to control that standard Boutique operating processes are well implemented, followed, and harmonized to ensure compliance in Boutiques
- Develop and drive a communication methodology with Market Retail Operations and Boutiques, and facilitate, engage Market Retail operations community with regular touch points
- You have a University Degree or equivalent with at least 5 successful years in the premium or luxurious Retail sector, preferably with experience in project management. Experience on the field working in a Market and/or Boutique would be a great plus
- You have good knowledge of Retail front and back-office End to End processes with excellent writing skills for documentation and illustration management
- You have experience in developing, implementing and maintaining Retail operations solutions & services in Retail and Customer oriented context
- You can understand the big picture and dig into the details to identify potential gaps and ways of improvement
- You have the ability to scope, manage and deliver projects on budget and on time
- You have strong organizational, time management and communication skills, as well as a strong empathy and ability to understand and create bonds within different cultural environment is required
- You have the ability to structure and solve difficult problems with mínimal supervision
- You are Customer service orientated and have great sense collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Pragmatic, Organized, team player, energetic, result oriented
- Intellectual curiosity coupled with excellent attention to detail
- You are fluent in English and French
- You have the ability to travel up to 20%
- You are fluent in English and French

**Additional skills**:

- Good knowledge on POS System CEGID, Salesforce, Clienteling solutions in Boutique
- Good knowledge with collaborative & content management tools: Teams, Sharepoint, Intranet. Confluence + Jira is a plus
- Office 365 tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint
