As our People Operations Partner (f/m/d) your mission is to create and maintain scalable processes and a great employee experience towards our employees, ensuring all employment relevant issues (like Payroll, Insurance, Pension) and other employee queries are solved complaint and in a timely manner.

**The exciting opportunity we have to offer**:

- Responsible for employee life cycle management processes such as onboarding, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers, all kind of employee documentation according to local legislation.
- Partner with our external payroll provider as well as pensions companies and preparation of all necessary payroll files and inputs.
- Answer all queries from employees regarding People policies and procedures.

**What will help you to be successful in this role**:

- Knowledgable working in HRIS systems
- 4+ years of HR operations work experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and procedures, employment relations and HR information systems.
- Knowledge of Swiss employment law
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
