**Introduction to Role**: Join us in an essential role where you will play a crucial part processing invoices from insurance companies and contracting, ensuring smooth operational efficiency. Your contribution will directly support our mission to ensure that patients have access to our life-changing medicines. Bring your attention to detail and organizational skills, and help us transform healthcare through dedicated administrative support.

**Accountabilities**: As an Assistant Health Insurances, you will be primarily responsible for checking and processing invoices received from insurance companies. In addition, you will assist with various administrative and support tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of the Oncology team. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who are diligent, proactive, and committed to delivering quality support. The ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple tasks is vital.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- ** Languages: Proficient**speaking and written communication in English and German
- ** Industry experience**: Pharmaceutical or Insurance companies
- ** Administrative Experience**:Relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector or insurance.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational ability with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong proficiency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ** Great Teammate**: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues and support the team’s objectives.

**Desirable skills/Experience**
- Experience of working in an accounts department
