**CONTEXT**

Dans le cadre de la stratégie « NEW RETAIL » du groupe, un plan ambitieux de transformation de la logistique de Richemont a été défini. Un grand nombre de projets ont été identifiés afin de mettre en place cette vision, orientée vers une meilleure réponse aux besoins de nos clients, vers la réduction des stocks, la rapidité d’exécution des flux, l’augmentation de l’efficience des centres de distribution et l’optimisation des coûts.

A ce titre, le département Logistic Agility de Richemont International Distribution recrute un Logistic Project Manager avec, pour mission, de mener et/ou contribuer aux projets de transformation de la logistique centrale.

Au cœur de la chaine logistique du Groupe Richemont, votre mission principale sera de piloter efficacement les projets de transformation de Richemont International Distribution. Vous serez chargé d’étudier la faisabilité et la pertinence des objectifs des projets et serez garant de leur bonne implémentation. Vous anticiperez, organiserez, animerez et piloterez toutes les activités liées au projet en veillant à fédérer l’ensemble des parties prenantes autour des objectifs projet.

**QUELLES SONT LES CLES DE VOTRE REUSSITE AU SEIN DE NOTRE GROUPE ?**

Au bénéfice d’une formation supérieure d'ingénieur et/ou en logistique, vous justifiez d’une expérience d'au minimum 3 ans en gestion de projets tant au niveau opérationnel que stratégique.

Rigoureux, organisé et autonome, vous avez une bonne résistance au stress et êtes capable de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets d’envergure.

Bon communiquant et négociateur, vous assurez une communication efficiente avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes et vous démarquez par votre esprit d’équipe et votre force de persuasion.

Vous parlez parfaitement le français et l’anglais et maîtrisez les outils digitaux.
