You are responsible for the optimal organization and process of your service area, including mis en place. Debt collection, accurate daily statements and honest work are part of our standard.
- Analysis and further development of our standards
- Assistance and active support in the implementation of goals and annual planning
- Development and implementation of new projects
- Providing optimal and high quality standards to the guests criticism
- Management drinks and food service Weekly drink order
- Cash desk and daily billing
- Assistance with wine selection and ordering
- Develop controlling, monitor
- Professional support of the staff towards the guest
- Planning, executing and analyzing employee training encourage employees
- Conducting feedback and qualification talks

Professional skills
- Completed apprenticeship or hotel management school
- Professional experience in F&B and service
