To drive the next stage of our growth, we’re seeking an accomplished **Managing Director** to lead the day-to-day operations of our Swiss business, with a strategic focus on developing new avenues for growth. As a key member of the Global Executive Team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our Swiss market.

- Proven track record of driving revenue and EBITDA growth through visionary leadership, transformative actions and innovation.
- Energised by fast-paced environments and quick to take decisive action.
- Extensive senior leadership experience with a history of inspiring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Committed to fostering a positive, empowering culture where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.
- Skilled in guiding teams through periods of change with resilience and adaptability.
- Passionate about continuous improvement, setting a high standard, and leading by example.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic, impactful decision-making.
- Experienced in managing remote teams and optimising virtual work models.
- Confident communicator, highly proficient in English and German.
