We are supporting a Swiss Healthcare Services Company with the appointment of a senior Managing Director to be based in Switzerland.The OpportunityOur client is a healthcare services company operating telemedicine-enabled outpatient medical practices, primarily focused on sleep medicine and related care pathways. Founded in 2023 and backed by a Swiss medtech group, the business is already serving several thousand patients annually and generating single-digit million CHF revenues.The company currently operates multiple practice locations and is opening an additional site, with a clear mandate to expand across Switzerland over the next two years through organic growth and acquisitions.The RoleThe Managing Director will take full responsibility for the Swiss business during this key inflection point and lead the company through its next phase of growth and professionalisation. This is a hands‑on general management role, combining operational leadership, expansion execution, and external relationship management.You will manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple locations while driving the expansion strategy and building a scalable operating model.
