Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Support our Relationship Managers in all organizational matters efficiently and actively (calendar management, preparation of client meetings, travel organization, market transactions, payment orders, credit cards etc.)
- Take care of various customer clarifications, investigations and tasks within the team
- Be responsible for various administrative tasks (create statistics, write bulk mails, take care of mailing campaigns etc.)

Ihr Profil
- Apprenticeship at a bank or a bachelor’s degree in finance, working experience in the banking environment would be an advantage
- Proactive approach and ability to set priorities and to work independently
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics
- Outstanding organizational skills as well as a very efficient and precise work approach
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Team player with a high level of flexibility
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service orientation towards our clients
- Good communication skills and enjoying talking to the clients by phone
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel), knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
- Excellent in English and Russian as well as good language skills in German (written and spoken)
