Manager, Transport Integration and Reporting

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Manager, Transport Integration and Reporting (New Consumer Health Company). This position may be located in Zug, Switzerland; Skillman, NJ, USA; or Remote.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and deploy Transportation Master Data Management solutions through collaboration with IT and 3PL/4PL partners
- Partner with the Global Transport Operations, Digital Core, and Technology teams to capture requirements and deliver analytical solutions to meet the New Consumer Health Company’s Digital Strategy
- Execute the New Consumer Health Company separation as is related to Inter-Regional Transportation Technology and transition into base business operations
- Partner with external 3PL/4PL partners, transportation providers, and internal technology teams to ensure robust technical connectivity to internal and external digital solutions
- Collaborate with technology partners to provide business/operational requirements to create long term solutions and streamlined data integrations
- Execute data visibility and technical connectivity enhancements with external 3PL/4PL partners

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required;
- A minimum of 8 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Transportation, E2E Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, or other related area preferred.
- Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines
- Strong project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally with a customer focus
- Knowledge of global transportation industry and freight forwarding network
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Past experience managing projects and system roll-outs
- Can be based remotely or in Skillman, NJ or Zug, Switzerland. May require up to 25% travel as per business needs.

**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:

- MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma experience/certification preferred
- Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred
- TMS (Transportation Management System), XPS, JIRA, API solutions and/or related technology experience preferred
