Tasks

We are seeking a Client Integration Manager to join our growing Clients Team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client onboarding and product integration, bridging the gap between client requirements and technical expertise, as well as fostering strong client relationships. This role reports directly to and works closely with the VP Clients, but you will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our Product and Development teams. This role will also allow you to travel and meet our clients onsite. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, fast-paced startup culture with a global reach.

In this role you will
- Lead client onboarding and integration projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Act as the intermediary between our clients and our in-house product and development teams, translating client requirements into technical expertise
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, closely collaborating with our support team
- Become an expert on the company solution
- Create and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for our clients
- Craft and present compelling slide decks, project plans and proposals
- Guide and educate new clients, while nurturing existing client relationships
- Establish and manage dynamic relationships with financial executives and technology specialists
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in the onboarding process

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Self-motivated and proactive with a high degree of autonomy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Project management or consulting background, ideally in the financial services industry
- Good understanding of the capital market industry and its products
- Exposure to clients, preferably within a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with product development is a plus
- Understanding of technical concepts around the solution delivery lifecycle, basic programming, and scripting is a plus
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken), other languages are a plus
- Right to work in Switzerland
