**Together with your team, advise our national and international clients on their strategic corporate transactions. In particular, support the execution of buyer and seller due diligence projects and thus provide important insights for strategic decisions.** Graduate - Deal Advisory - Transaction Services Your contribution to KPMG - Support clients with due diligence services in the context of acquisition or divestment processes and, together with your team, provide key insights for strategic investment decisions - Analyze target company data with respect to key metrics such as sustainable EBITDA, net working capital and future cash flows and identify key value drivers.
