Manager - Deal Advisory - Financial Services / M&A
Your contribution to KPMG
- Lead and contribute to complex and multidisciplinary buy
- & sell-side M&A projects and cooperate with other senior team members in the daily deal execution
- Create and design financial valuation models and business plans together with our clients using a wide range of research tools
- Prepare high quality client presentations and drive in internal and external marketing activities as well as general business development
- Lead industry research and market analyses and contribute to KPMG M&A publications
This is what makes you successful
- Master's Degree with an emphasis in finance, controlling or accounting
- At least 5 years of professional experience in M&A, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
- Strong personality with mature professional demeanor and a client focus.
- A solution-orientated work style and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong interest in or experience in the Financial Service industry
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Fluency in German or French with excellent command of English
