Consultant - Deal Advisory - Transaction Services

Your contribution to KPMG - Collaborate with your Deal Advisory colleagues and other teams to deliver critical insights for strategic investment/divestment decisions to our clients - Support on executing sell-side and buy-side due diligence and vendor assistance projects for international and Swiss clients - Compile and analyze target company data with respect to key deal metrics such as sustainable EBITDA, net working capital and future cash flows and identify key value drivers. Use the data analytics tools of our Deal Tech team - Present quantitative analysis in a concise manner, accompanied by qualitative commentary in a polished client report - Take on responsibility in a challenging environment and interact with different internal and external stakeholders, such as external lawyers and representatives of investment banks This is what makes you successful - Successfully completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a specialization in Finance and Accounting - Strong accounting skills and analytical and solution-oriented mindset, quick to grasp and learn new things and translate these into actions - Ideally first practical experience in financial accounting, mergers & acquisitions, financial audit or controlling - Not afraid to take on responsibility, communicative and team player, resilient, and able to handle pressure combined with a high degree of flexibility - Fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of other languages seen as an asset Your benefits Flexible Work: We want to give you the support and flexibility to balance your career with life outside of work.
