Join us as a **Technical Lead for HVAC Application Software** and take charge of developing smart control systems using model-based design and Matlab/Simulink.

**What You'll Do**:

- Define software work packages, estimate effort, and align resource needs with the overall project plan
- Closely align with project managers and stakeholders to meet project goals
- Ensure process compliance and delivery quality with internal and external developers
- Support the breakdown of system requirements and maintain traceability to software requirements
- Develop and evaluate design options, driving trade-off decisions with focus on total cost of ownership
- Collaborate with the verification team to plan and execute software testing across integration stages

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Software Engineering
- Several years of experience in a technical lead role within embedded software development
- Expertise in model-based design with Matlab/Simulink
- Industrial product development experience, ideally in signal processing and control engineering
- Proactive, hands-on personality with a high level of ownership and customer orientation
- Team player with entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills
- Bonus: Experience with MathWorks toolchain and HVAC domain knowledge
