**Summary**:

- Help shape the future of energy-efficient control valve solutions.
As Lead Product Manager for our Control Valves, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing product strategies, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring our products meet market needs. You’ll work closely with regional teams, engineering, and innovation to bring new solutions to life and support their success throughout the product lifecycle.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement the Characterized Control Valve (CCV) product strategy in close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders
- Coordinate product management activities throughout Belimo’s Product Creation Process (PCP)
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including product launches, replacements, and quality topics
- Plan and execute customer validation and global field testing to ensure market fit
- Define pricing strategies in collaboration with the regional PM organization
- Support marketing and training departments with the content creation for marketing and training initiatives
- Monitor commercial performance and identify improvement opportunities

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or equivalent technical background
- Several years of experience in product management, ideally in building automation or HVAC control
- Strong results orientation and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English
- Passion for technology and a global mindset
