Sie übernehmen die Leitung und Koordination der Gouvernanten und Hauswirtschaftsleitungen in unseren Objekten.
Die Einhaltung der Arbeitsgesetze liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung.
Persönlicher Kundenservice in unseren exklusiven Hotels ist Ihre Leidenschaft.
Sie führen motivierende Schulungen für unser Team durch.
Durch regelmässige Qualitätschecks stellen Sie unseren hohen Standard sicher.
Die umfassende Betreuung und Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter liegt Ihnen am Herzen.

**Ihr Profil**:
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach.
Ihre Erfahrung im Housekeeping ist umfassend und mehrjährig.
In der Hotellerie konnten Sie bereits erfolgreich führen.
Ihre Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind herausragend.
Sie zeichnen sich durch Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit aus.
